The United States is hoping for "major, major disarmament" by North Korea within 2 1/2 years. So says US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the day after President Donald Trump signed an agreement with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un calling for the end to Pyongyang's nuclear weapons program.
