VOA Asia - Deadly suicide bombing rocks Afghanistan

Officials in Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province say the death toll from Tuesday's suicide bombing has risen to 68 people, up from the previous figure of 32. The increased violence comes as officials say the Taliban are preparing to send a delegation for further talks with U.S. officials about ending the conflict in Afghanistan.
