Racing against a surge of Covid-19 death toll, the U.S. federal government will release all available doses of the coronavirus vaccine and has instructed states to immediately begin vaccinating Americans 65 and older and adults with medical conditions. But the effort to speed up vaccine distribution will largely depend on states. Patsy Widakuswara has the story.
