The coronavirus pandemic has forced people around the globe to postpone or downsize large gatherings, including important family events like weddings. In countries with strong family ties, like Sudan, tradition dictates a large wedding. But, as reporter Naba Mohiedeen in Khartoum discovered, holding a big ceremony during a pandemic would put her friends and family at risk.
