California Measles Outbreak Roils Vaccination Dispute

A measles outbreak in California has now spread to 14 U.S. states and is growing; it has sickened more than 100 people. Health officials say vaccines eliminated measles in the United States in 2000, a big improvement from the past which saw hundreds of thousands of cases and hundreds of deaths annually. Now measles has returned as some parents are choosing not to vaccinate their children. Elizabeth Lee reports.
