China Summit Offers Opportunity for Moscow, Beijing

The leaders of China and Russia will meet this week on the sidelines of an Asian regional summit in Shanghai. More than 40 countries and organizations are expected to attend the event, which will focus on regional security and development. VOA's Bill Ide has more from Beijing.
