Crimea's Tatar minorities were the most outspoken opponents of Russia's annexation of Ukraine's Black Sea peninsula. A year later, the Tatar community says there is a climate of fear as activists and their relatives have been intimidated, abducted, and even killed. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Crimea.
