Eastern Mosul in Ruins as Islamic State Militants Retreat

Iraqi forces have captured all of eastern Mosul and are preparing to attack Islamic State militants to the west, across the Tigris River. Some soldiers say the fighting is expected to be most treacherous they have faced to date. From Mosul, Iraq, VOA's Heather Murdock has this report.
