Of the many things that have changed due to the coronavirus pandemic is the way people work. Employers and workers across the U.S. and the world have a new perspective then prior to the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. Employers are seeing cost savings and surprisingly more productivity in many cases while employees say they have more time in their day working from home. Remote working does have some challenges, particularly when it comes to childcare.
