Science in a Minute: New Device May Help Space Objects Back to Earth Before The Become Space Junk

Engineers at Purdue University have developed a device that could help satellites and rocket components deorbit once they are no longer being used. The device, called ‘Spinnaker3’ would deploy a drag sail that would slow a space object and help it get back to Earth before it could become space junk.
