France's Charlie Hebdo Publishes Defiant Edition

The French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, which lost eight staff members in a militant Islamist attack on its offices in Paris last week, published a defiant edition on schedule Wednesday, again featuring a caricature of the Muslim Prophet Muhammed, amid expectations it would sell about 100 times its normal circulation.
