On the Scene: Islamic State Fighters Move on Syrian Village

Islamic State militants have launched a a major offensive on Ras al-Ayn, in northeast Syria. Kurdish fighters in the town, known as Serekaniye to its mainly Kurdish residents, and outlying villages are trying to hold them off.
