Yearlong Space Mission Will Provide Unique Opportunity for Medical Study

Later this month, U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly is scheduled to go to the International Space Station aboard a Russian spacecraft launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Scientists hope the yearlong mission will provide important information about the physical and mental effects of living in space for a long period. VOA’s Greg Flakus reports from Houston.
