Kerry in Vietnam: Economic Progress, Human Rights Concerns Cited

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has joined Vietnamese officials in marking the 20th anniversary of the normalization of relations between the two countries with a series of events in Hanoi. At one event, he reflected on the progress that has been made as well as the work that still needs to be done to strengthen ties. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins has the story from Hanoi.
