N. Korea Fumes, S. Korea Celebrates on Moon-Kim Summit Anniversary

One year ago, South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met for the first time. The meeting helped lead to nuclear talks with the United States and facilitated bringing the Korean peninsula back from the brink of war. South Korea on Saturday hosted an anniversary celebration of that meeting. But as VOA's Bill Gallo reports, North Korea didn’t show up.
