Basil Seggos, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and a U.S. Army veteran, has been taking time away from his job to volunteer in Ukraine. His work has included delivering ambulances and initiating a sister city agreement between Albany, New York, and Bucha, Ukraine. Nina Vishneva has the story, narrated by Anna Rice.
