Nice Prosecutor Francois Molins Gives Details on Victims

I'd like to begin with a moment of silence in honor of the victims of this new barbaric terrorism in the city of Nice. Their families are in our thoughts and prayers. We deplore the killing of 84 people - including 10 children and adolescents - 202 people were injured, 52 of whom are in critical condition.
