US President Obama: Don't Expect Major Policy Changes on Latin America

U.S. President Barack Obama, who is in Lima, Peru, for the annual Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders summit, spoke at a town-hall event with young people from Peru. He told them he didn't expect major policy changes on Latin America from the next administration.
