Obama Meets Louisiana Governor Edwards

President Barack Obama is visiting the southeastern state of Louisiana, where historic flooding has ravaged much of the southern part of the state. He met with Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards before they set off to tour the flood-ravaged area.
