Russia Record Wheat Harvest Raises Quality Issue

Despite a struggling economy, Russian agriculture recently outpaced Canada and the United States in wheat exports, becoming the world’s largest supplier of the key ingredient for making bread.  But Russia’s rise as a grain superpower has been accompanied by a drop in the overall quality of wheat being produced.  VOA’s Daniel Schearf reports from Moscow.
