Despite the heightened inter-Korean tensions over the North's accelerated nuclear and ballistic missile testing and the increasing talk of a U.S. preemptive strike, few South Koreans are actually concerned by the prospect of imminent conflict. VOA’s Brian Padden reports from Seoul that many in the South Korean capital see the increased military posturing as just more political brinksmanship.
