Syria Cease-fire Deal Draws Skepticism as Russian Airstrikes Continue

World powers meeting in Munich have agreed on a partial cease-fire in Syria, to begin in one week’s time. But many observers are skeptical and warn that Syrian regime forces backed by Russia and Iran could exploit the deal. VOA's Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
