As fighting continues between U.S.-backed Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Turkish-backed rebel fighters near the northern town of Manbij, the U.S. has increase its military presence in the area to ease tensions. VOA’s Mahmoud Bali reports.
