Taliban Suicide Attack Kills at Least 13 in Kabul

Afghan officials told VOA that a suicide bomber rammed his explosive-laden vehicle in to an Afghan military convoy in Kabul, killing at least 13 people, mostly civilians. VOA's Emaad Rostaee reports from Kabul.
