Trump Says He'll Fund Special Olympics, Contradicting Education Secretary

After a week in which U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos defended — to both the media and Congress — President Donald Trump's decision to cut federal funding for the Special Olympics, the president subsequently reversed course, saying he has overruled his education secretary and now will fund the popular program.
