Ukraine Scrambles to Quash Fallout from N. Korea Allegations

Ukrainian officials quickly issued strong denials of an allegation that a Ukrainian arms factory may have supplied engine technology used in North Korean missiles. VOA's Ukrainian Service interviewed the analyst who made the allegation, Michael Elleman, who qualified his remarks first published in a New York Times article to emphasize that Russia, too, could have been the source. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Washington.
