UN Panel Says WikiLeaks Founder 'Arbitrarily Detained'

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange remains at Ecuador’s embassy in London after a United Nations panel on Friday ruled he has been arbitrarily detained since 2012. Britain says it will arrest him if he sets foot outside the embassy and send him to Sweden, where he is wanted for investigation on rape charges.
