A U.S. delegation led by Senator Lindsey Graham visited Manbij and met with its residents. Turkey has threatened to take over the town because of its control by U.S.-backed Kurdish militants, which Turkey says are terrorists linked to the PKK. VOA's Mahmoud Bali reports from Manbij.
