USAID Administrator Mark Green Speaks on Africa

VOA contributor Greta Van Susteren interviewed USAID administrator Mark Green on his recent trip to Africa with first lady Melania Trump. Green talks about China’s influence on the continent and America’s investments in Africa. He also discusses other projects USAID is working on, including providing assistance to Venezuelan refugees. He says much of the U.S. assistance flows through NGOs around the world.
