Chainsaws and Chisels Turn Ice into Art

Before the Washington area was buried under nearly a meter of snow last weekend, the focus was on ice. Ice sculptors from around the country gathered in a town not far from the U.S. capital for a carving competition. While spectators watched, they transformed huge blocks of ice into mysterious and magical figures. VOA's June Soh takes us to the winter festival just outside of Leesburg, Virginia.
