VOA60 Africa - UN Secretary-General deplores 'chronic underfunding of aid across the globe'

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Wednesday deplored what he called chronic underfunding of aid across the globe. Guterres said that only 20% of funds needed under the U.N. Global Humanitarian Appeal had been received midway through 2023.
