Germany has pledged new military aid to Ukraine. The German chancellor welcomed the Ukrainian president to Berlin a day after announcing the nearly 3-billion-dollar arms package in support of Ukraine’s battle against Russia. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue attacking mostly civilian targets in Ukraine. VOA’s Arash Arabasadi has more.
