New York City is entering Phase Two of reopening after one of the strictest lockdown measures in the country to contain the coronavirus. For locals, that means 300,000 people will head back to work, and the public can begin some outdoor dining, in-store shopping and many more activities that were part of everyday life just a few months ago. A recently planned redesign of the twenty dollar bill would have put the image of famous abolitionist Harriet Tubman on the front, but that was shelved by the Trump Administration.
