The Israeli military says it will complete its withdrawal from the Gaza Strip by September 15, but warned it will strike the territory hard if Israel comes under attack.

For the first time, the group has identified its leadership, including the commander of the Ezzedine al-Qassem Brigade military wing, Mohammed Deif.
In an interview posted on the Web site, the elusive commander warned the Palestinian leadership not to contemplate any move to disarm the militants.
