Colombian Police say they have arrested a man wanted in the United States for drug trafficking.
Farouk Shaikh Reyes was arrested late Saturday when he stepped off a plane from Mexico at Bogota's international airport.
Colombian authorities said in a statement that he is suspected of swapping cocaine for weapons on behalf of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, known as FARC.
Mr. Shaikh Reyes is wanted in the United States for conspiring to import large quantities of cocaine.
