Vivica A. Fox was released from jail March 21 after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police in Hollywood, California took the 42-year-old actress into custody March 20, after clocking her at more than 125 kilometers per hour on the Hollywood Freeway. She was arrested after a breathalyzer test indicated her blood alcohol exceeded the legal limit of .08 percent.
Vivica A. Fox has appeared in the movies Kill Bill, Vol. 1, Soul Food, and Independence Day. Her manager did not comment on the arrest.
