Paris Hilton Could Face Jail Time

update

Paris Hilton may face jail time for reckless driving. Los Angeles city prosecutors say they will ask a judge to revoke the hotel heiress' probation, after she was stopped in February for driving with a suspended license.

She could face up to 90 days in jail if a judge finds she violated her probation. A hearing is scheduled for April 17.

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving. The charge stemmed from a September 7 arrest in Hollywood. She received a sentence of 36 months' probation, alcohol education, and $1,500 in fines.

On February 28, police stopped her Bentley after catching her speeding with its headlights off. Paris Hilton's spokesman declined comment.
