In a May 21 decision, New South Wales state Deputy Chief Magistrate Paul Cloran said the 60-year-old actor did not have a valid prescription for dozens of vials of human growth hormone found in his luggage when he visited Sydney in February on a promotional tour.
Stallone also failed to declare possession of the hormone testosterone, although prosecutors said he had a legitimate medical reason for its importation.
Sylvester Stallone was not present at the decision. He had previously pleaded guilty to the charges. His publicist did not return calls for comment.
