Zimbabwe's Caps United football team was headed for a battle with the Premier Soccer League after its management said it refused to cut gate fees to Z$50,000 as instructed by the PSL in line with the government's anti-price hike drive.
Caps United is scheduled to play Dynamos at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday.
Sports commentator Michael Kariati told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe that club was prepared to let its fans watch the game for free rather than take price-setting orders from the league.
