Both teams have won 10 of their 11 games this season to share the lead in the National Conference. It's the first time in 17 years that two NFL teams with records of 10-1 or better will play one another.
The team that wins will gain the edge for home field advantage in the playoffs. No other team in their conference is within three games of them. The undefeated New England Patriots (11-0) are in the American Conference.
