An explosion in northeastern Somalia has killed at least 15 people and wounded at least 50 others.
Officials say the explosion in Puntland region took place at a port where migrants often begin the dangerous voyage to the Middle East.
Police say most of those killed or wounded in the attack Tuesday were Ethiopians believed to be on their way to find work in Arabian Peninsula.
Police say they are trying to determine if and why the Ethiopians were targeted.
Ethiopian troops are helping to support a shaky U.N.-backed government in the southern part of Somalia.
Violence in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu, has become almost a daily occurrence. However, the northeastern Puntland region has been relatively free from the violence that has gripped the rest of the country since the ouster of President Mohamed Siad Barre in 1991.
In other developments Tuesday, a judge was shot and killed in the central town of Belet Weyne. Police say they are investigating the killing.
