Goosen is tied at 14-under-par, 202 with Scotland native and second round leader Alan McLean, who fired a 2-under-par, 70 in his third round.
Nic Henning of South Africa is two strokes behind the leaders at 12-under-par, 204, after firing an 8-under-par, 64 in his second round. Several golfers are tied for fourth at 11-under-par, 205.
