Grammy award winning artist, composer, rapper and actor Coolio gave VOA listeners a sampling of new songs from his upcoming album, El Cool Magnifico during a live broadcast of "The World of Music," Friday. Coolio's new album features songs with James Ingram, country legend Kenny Rogers, opera star Denyce Graves and Crazy Bone and is slated for release October 15.
The rap star told host, Rita Rochelle he was in Washington to participate in the celebrity Cadillac Grand Prix race, Saturday.
