A former lead guitarist for the U.S. rock band "Kiss" has been shot and wounded outside a Los Angeles night club.
Authorities say Bruce Kulick was shot in the leg and grazed by a bullet to the head. He was treated at a Los Angeles hospital and released.
Police say Kulick was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time when a man started shooting into a crowd of 300 people late Thursday outside the nightclub. The gunman was arrested and charged with assault
Kulick played guitar for Kiss from 1984 until 1995, when he was replaced by Ace Frehley, an original member of the band. The band is best known for its elaborate, special effects-laden stage shows, flamboyant costumes and makeup.
