UNICEF has just released a report on children and HIV/AIDS entitled ?Children on the Brink 2004.? UNICEF Executive Director, Carol Bellamy, is at the international aids conference in Bangkok, and English to Africa reporter Cole Mallard, who?s covering the conference, spoke with her about the purpose of the report.
