Anti-Nuclear Protesters Delay Blair Energy Speech

Anti-nuclear activists in Britain have staged a demonstration in the rafters of a building in north London where Prime Minister Tony Blair was about to deliver a speech on the country's energy policy.

The incident occurred Tuesday during a conference at the Confederation of British Industry. Two members of the environmental group Greenpeace climbed to the top of the conference hall and unfurled a banner reading, "Nuclear: Wrong Answer."

The stunt caused a security scare, and delayed the beginning of Mr. Blair's address.
