A Nashville, Tennessee woman - believed to be behind 17 bomb and anthrax threats - has been charged with making a bomb threat.
The 47-year-old woman faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine is she is convicted on the charge.
Shortly before her arrest, federal investigators say they followed Piettia Heifner York through a shopping mall and several other public places. An agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation found a letter in a mall bathroom saying bombs had been planted at the mall.
The woman was arrested Friday. The arrest follows a tense three weeks in which 16 bombs threats were left in public places around Nashville and mailed to the chief of police.
Additional charges may be filed.
