Third Round of Group Competition at AFCON 2015

Africa Cup of Nations 2015 is near the end of group competition, and it's only slowly becoming clear who's heading to the knockout round.

For the first time in the Africa Cup championships, there is no team that has risen to the top of their group to outright qualify for the quarterfinals. For Group C, which has been billed as the toughest section at this year's tournament, the denouement will be reached Tuesday evening when Algeria meets Senegal, and Ghana plays South Africa.
