Pakistan Blast Wounds 13

Police in southwestern Pakistan say a bomb blast has wounded at least 13 people.

There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion Wednesday in Quetta, the capital of the oil and gas-rich province of Baluchistan, which borders Afghanistan and Iran.

Authorities say a blast in another area of Quetta late Tuesday killed six people and wounded at least 30.

Baluchistan has grappled with a separatist insurgency, Islamic militancy, and sectarian violence for decades.
