Plane Fire Closes Runways at Heathrow Airport

London's Heathrow Airport says it has closed its runways because of a fire on a parked plane.

Airport officials say there are no passengers aboard the plane.

The Reuters news agency reports the aircraft belongs to Ethiopian Airlines.
